You can apply for a rural property or farm using the link below. Please note, we can only accept applications made online.
Completion of the application form will require you to provide your personal information, qualifications, work experience, current farming activity, your proposal and references.
Before you start the application form, you will need to prepare three years of projected budgets with cash flows, using the Council's Budget Workbook spreadsheet. The link is provided below. You will need to choose the farm you are applying for from the dropdown list on the cover sheet. Please note that we only accept applications that were submitted using our forms and spreadsheets.
In addition to the above, you will need to provide your business plan and a SWOT analysis.
You will be required to upload the budget and other documents as attachments at the end of the application.
