Easter 2025 HAF Provider Directory
The Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) directory below lists all holiday schemes available to eligible families over the Easter school holidays.
Booking HAF places
- Children receiving benefits-related free school meals: A HAF eligibility voucher (with booking code included) was emailed and sent by text to parents/carers on 3 March 2025. How to claim your HAF voucher – Holiday Activities
- Each eligible child can book 16 hours (this is the maximum allowed across all holiday schemes if you choose to book more than one). Please remain within 16 hours to ensure other families can book their entitlement also.
- Choose a holiday scheme (from the list below) and contact the provider directly to book a place (subject to availability – some schemes will book up very quickly).
- Ensure you inform the scheme of any additional support needs your child may have so they can plan fully to welcome your child safely. 6-8 weeks’ notice is usually required where 1:1 support is needed.
- Once a place is offered, give your 16-digit booking code to the scheme (found on your eligibility voucher or emailed from the HAF Team).
- If you are unable to travel to the holiday scheme by any other means (car, public transport, bike, walking), please speak with the holiday scheme. It is possible that transport can be arranged if a request is submitted by 12pm on 24 March 2025.
- Cancellations: Please ensure you inform the scheme should you need to cancel your child’s place so it can be offered to another family.
Contact the holiday scheme directly or the Cambridgeshire HAF Team with any questions you may have HAF@cambridgeshire.gov.uk
