On the pathway you will:
- be matched with one of our vacant social works post in line with your practice preferences
- receive a competitively paid placement and seamless transition into our social work posts once re-registered with Social Work England
- work 1:1 with one of our dedicated Social Work Educators
- receive a bespoke professional development plan to guide your placement
- have access to coaching from one of our development or career coaches
- undertake to a wide range of learning experiences including shadowing, direct observations of your practice, and independent study
- have opportunities to reflect on your practice and receive structured feedback
